This product is made from high-quality black sesame seeds roasted in an iron pot.

Before roasting, the sesame seeds are washed several times. There are three reasons for this procedure: 

• Washed sesame seeds absorb some water, making it less likely to stick to the pot during roasting, resulting in a crispy texture without any burnt taste.
• Washed sesame seeds are free from dust and sand, ensuring a pure taste for the customers.
