This blend is also super versatile, so use when pan frying or oven roasting fish, especially salmon. Simply place the salmon, oiled skin side down in a hot fry pan and cook until the fish starts to look opaque near the skin. Sprinkle, flip and sear until the top and sides are golden. A squeeze of fresh lemon and you're good to go!
